I have always adored cats. I admire their grace, beauty and above all their high self esteem. I have been owned by cats all my life. My husband also enjoys these furcritters so we, having no "real" kids of our own have been adopted by the wonderful felines below!
No particular order, the cats couldn't decide who deserved top billing!
Snickers = This tabby is one round feline, although she prefers to think of herself as "fluffy". She lives by the food bowl and very rarely has it out of sight. She was my hubby's cat before we got married.
C.C. = Short for "Country Cat", CC was another of my hubby's kitties when we got married. She is a tabby who enjoys licking people's hands whenever she gets the chance.
Emily = Emily is a little tabby gal that I rescued as a kitten from a field in the winter. Her favorite napping place is on top of the t.v. in our office.
Black-white = Her real name is Jenna, but she prefers to be called Black-white. She is a beautiful tuxedo gal with the softest fur. Gentle and loving she gets along with people, canines, and the other kitties beautifully! *
NOTE: All of our cats are "indoor only" unless accompanied by Mom or Dad on a cat harness. They are all spayed or neutered. Those marked with a * were adopted from a shelter or animal rescue league.
Sahara = Sahara is a purebred Bengal kitty.  She truly believes she is a wild tiger and stalks the other cats just for fun. She is definitely her Mom's best pal and sleeps under the covers with her every night.
Casey = Casey is a purebred long-haired Bengal and is a half-sister to Sahara. She retained a great deal of her wild ancestry and while she likes to be around people, does not want to be touched by them.
Pookie = Her real name is Megan, but hubby began calling her Pookie and the name just stuck. Pookie enjoys being worshipped and feels it is only her right being an empress and all... *
Liberty = Libby got her name as she was adopted shortly after the tragic events of September 11th. She is a gorgeous and somewhat shy tortoiseshell. *
