| Only one Japanese Beetle seen so far, which is fine by me! The new roses for 2008 with the exception of one have done very well...French Lace, Midas Touch, Strike It Rich, and Opening Night have all had lovely blooms. Sunset Celebration is struggling and may not make it. Current top bloomers are: Sevillana, Hot Cocoa, About Face, Opening Night, Honey Perfume, and French Lace. Roses that will be moving into the "Island of Misfit Toys" exile flower bed look to be Sunsprite and Garden Party. |
